This is a massive park, and a great spot to take your kids for the day. The highlight is the historic steam train going through the forest (total of 12 min ride). There’s also a carousel, though to be honest probably one of the fastest spinning carousels I’ve been on. It has a cafe next door serving funnel cakes and ice cream, giant lego blocks, lawn sized connect 4, and even a water table out front for kids to play. There’s a lake in which you can go swimming in, plenty of trails including toddler friendly ones, and a small petting zoo with pigs, cows, and goats. It’s a great place to come with friends and hang out for the day.
