This is a great little playground for either before or after you go to lunch or coffee at Piccino’s or the CoffeeShop, or if you want to grab spam musubi and boba at Honeybear. Parents of young ones will be especially happy here as the weather is good, the trees are verdant in the summer, the space is enclosed, and the neighborhood is cute.  Kids 5 and up might get a little bored here after a while, which is why I think it should be classified as a tot lot. Either way, a great little neighborhood park with all the important things for parents.
